Feeding Instructions:
Because chinchillas are foragers, you should feed them twice each day, providing them with half of their daily consumption at each feeding. This will ensure proper nutrition and prevent selective feeding. Make water available at all times.
Changing Diets:
Your chinchilla has a highly specialized and sensitive digestive tract. When changing diets, it is best to mix the old and new diet, changing over the course of 7-10 days.
