Black Moor Goldfish
Great for more advanced beginners!
Telescope-eye goldfish are fun, beautiful, and have tons of personality! The only problem with them is that they have trouble seeing their food. Never keep telescope-eye goldfish with common goldfish, comets, koi, or shubunkins. The telescopes will have a lot of trouble competing for food, and eventually starve. On the other hand, if kept right, these goldfish tend to live longer than others. They are also a little bit cleaner.

Hungry Chubby Fish
As with any goldfish these guys love to eat. I just have to walk near the tank and they go up to the top wanting to be fed. I chose black moors after having practically every other goldfish. They're a little more laid back and not as quick moving. Mostly because of their eye sight. It's not the best so, that makes them slower than most. So keeping them with their own kind or other slow movers (oranda) helps them. As with any goldfish, they're dirty. You'll need double the filtration of your tank size. I have a 29 gallon and have a 65 gallon filter. As for the tank itself, 20 gallon for the first fancy goldfish, 10 gallons for every additional fancy goldfish. They're fun fish to watch and see them interact with each other. Be ready for a commitment, they can live up to 10 years. In the end, goldfish are not for the faint of heart or for people who think they're an easy fish.

Wow this little guy is so cute. Like he just has an awesome personality. I think he's my favorite fish at the moment. My dad kind of randomly bought him, along with a calico ryukin, when I was at petsmart for some reason. He's in a 55g with two comets who are both over 6in, he's only about 1.5 Ish not counting the tail. This sounds like a terrible group but they get along. I wouldn't recommend it tho. Anyway, he's a very sweet fish. I've had him since September but I'm giving him away soon along with the comets. Nothing personal, goldfish are just too messy for me. But I totally recommend

STINKY AND FINKY
Great fish. I think it's really funny how food can be right behind them and they don't realize. They are so nice and sweet. Their mouth and eyes always make them look bored. They are highly recomended by me
