When you're ready to Checkout, simply go to your shopping cart and click "Secure Checkout." If you already have a PetSmart account, sign in to enjoy a faster Checkout process. Please note: an account can be created at any time. However, you do not need an account to make a purchase.
- Enter Billing & Shipping Addresses: Enter billing address information in all required fields. Telephone number is required for payment validation. Email address is required for order status and updates. Shipping address can be the same as the billing address or you can choose to ship to a different address.
- Select Shipping Option:Choose the shipping method of your choice—Standard Ground, 2 Day, Overnight or ShopRunner's FREE 2-day shipping. After selecting your method of shipping, you can choose to have the products in your shopping cart gift-wrapped. After making your selections, click "Continue Checkout" to proceed to the next page.
- Gift Options: If gift-wrapping options are available for the products you are purchasing, select the checkbox under "Send as Gift." Then you will have two options to choose from: gift-wrap with a gift note or gift message on the packing slip. With Option 1, you can select from a variety of paper selections and personalize a gift note.
- Select Payment Option: We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, as well as, PayPal and Bill Me Later® payment option.
- Gift Card or Gift Certificate:If you would like to use a PetSmart gift card or e-Gift Certificate to pay for all or part of your order, simply enter the card number and PIN. Please note: You can redeem up to 3 gift cards per order, but each card must be entered separately.
- Promotional Code: If you have a promotional code, enter it into the "Promo Code" field and click "apply." Promotional codes need to be entered one at a time. Using multiple promotional codes might void promotions that have already been applied. Any promotional discounts will be reflected in the Cost Summary section on the Review Order page. All codes must be redeemed online at time of the initial order.
- Review Order: Carefully review your order for accuracy on this page before submitting it. Confirm the shipping address, shipping method, billing information, as well as, discounts, total charges and gift options. If any information is incorrect, you are able to edit it here before submitting. Once you've verified that all of your order information is accurate or you've made changes, complete your purchase by clicking "Submit My Order." Please note: We cannot change or cancel orders once they've been placed. See Cancellations for more information.
- Receipt:After Checkout is complete, your order number will be displayed on the Receipt page. Here, you'll be able to print your order receipt by clicking "Print My Receipt." You will also receive an email confirmation. Be sure to save a copy of this email in case you have questions about your order.
- Create a PetSmart Account: If you do not have an account, you can create one by entering your email address and password in the "Create An Account" box. Then, click "Create Account." By creating an account, you can conveniently store your order history, billing address and shipping address. You'll also be able to track and check the status of your order. Your password keeps your information secure and ensures that only you can access your account.
