I had to make the review because the previous reviewer clearly had no clue what he was saying. First off, there cannot be a cover over the light. If he were to make a clear cover to go over the light, it would block the UVB. Reptisun is a great fixture. I have the 36" fixture which takes the 34" bulbs.
The only con I can think of with this fixture is it is pricey. Keep in mind though that this is a T5, not a T8. Smaller light, but much more powerful. It also comes with a nice reflector & mine even came with a free 5.0 UVB light.

The light fixture worked great, but there was no clear plastic cover for the lightbulb area. That would have been better. And it looks like there are hasps for where a cover should go on, but it is not included. I'm going to have to make one.
