The Reptisun Terrarium Hood is a low profile hood which holds an 18" linear fluorescent lamp and fits terrariums 20" wide and up. The Reptisun is designed to fit terrariums 20" wide and up (10 gallons or larger). This hood can hold one 18" Reptisun linear fluorescent lamp (not included). A built-in reflector allows for deeper penetration of visible light and UVB into your terrarium. Manufacturer offers a 1 year guarantee.

Additional Information:

• UVB is needed for growth and strong bones. Prevent or reverse Metabolic Bone Disease by using this hood with a Retipsun 5.0 or 10.0 UVB lamp (not included).
• UVB, UVA & Visible Light: Use with the 18" Reptisun 5.0 linear fluorescent lamp (not included) for tropical species, or the Reptisun 10.0 fluorescent lamp for desert species.
• UVA & Bright Daylight: Use with 18" Reptisun 2.0 linear fluorescent lamp (not included) for most species of amphibians or snakes.
