I have two of these and have had them for YEARS, at least 6 years each. They have some chew marks on them, but I swear, they are indestructible and are very easy to clean. Great, great igloos and sleeping dens for small pets. I have two female rats that are full-grown and only one fits per igloo (hence why I have two), so I'd recommend a bigger size if you have more than 1 full-grown rat. They love their igloos when they want a nice nap or some privacy.

I have this igloo for all of my pets my guinea pig and my 3 hamsters they all love! I do to because it comes in many colors and sizes I have the large one for my guinea pig and its a perfect fit, I have a small one for my Syrian hamster and 2 mini ones for my 2 dwarf hamsters! I would defiantly recommend this to a friend it is wonderful all around!

I love to provide a nice little hideout for my hamster. Not all hamsters care for a hideout but it's always great to provide one. I will eventually look into wooden hideouts, though. Another thing good about this hideout, is that it is nearly impossible to chew through it.

I'm going to have to get another one of these because all 3 of my guinea pigs prefer it over everything else I've gotten them, and they're starting to get too big to share it. It's translucent so you can still see them but they feel safe. I don't know about other small pets but it's stood up to their nibbling so far.
