I cannot comment on the effectiveness of this since my cats don't like the scent. I can only use a little in their food

I'll point out up front that this review is for both the Pet Immune Strengthener, and the Respiratory Support. It's for both, since we started our sick cat on both of these, so it is impossible for us to know which one did the trick. But THEY DID WORK AMAZINGLY WELL! Our 13 year old girl (cat) had been suffering from respiratory problems for several months. We had been to the vet, and they prescribed antibiotics, saying that it was either a respiratory infection, or perhaps toxoplasmosis or a brain tumor, since she was also rather unstable on her feet, was low energy, and according to the vet, one pupil was bigger than the other. Jumping up on my lap was something that became difficult or impossible for her to do. We put her through the first round of antibiotics for two weeks. She got pretty much all better, but then after a short while, relapsed, and started wheezing again. She was throwing up here and there, but that was to be expected from the antibiotics. So the vet put her on 3 weeks of antibiotics. We did that (while also giving her the Only Natural Pet GI Support), and she got mostly better again. But then she started to relapse. The doctor wanted to do another round of antibiotics for a longer period of time. We were a bit hesitant, but started the course. After just a couple of days, our cat got very ill-- throwing up, and not eating anything for a whole day. I said that was enough of that, stopped the antibiotics, and researched good respiratory/immune formulas that got good reviews. That's when I found Only Natural Pet products. I ordered that day, and within a week or perhaps 10 days, we started giving her both the Immune Strengthener and the Respiratory Support. Very shortly thereafter, she started getting her energy back, her lungs cleared up, and she was back to being her old, playful, frisky self. An amazing relief! A couple of months later, she's still on both products and totally back to normal-- jumping up and down on tables, chasing toys, etc. Again, I don't know which product did this, but it worth a million dollars to have her back to being her old self. So far my Australian Cattle Dog is doing better. I prefer the capsules to using pills. they are easy to open and mix with food. Have noticed I need to go easy on these because her stomach is sensitive, so verdict is still out. Her health is better so I think it is working. Her hair is growing in and the skin condition is going away.

Marty is a just over 1 1/2 year old Springer Spaniel and has had issues on and off since he was about 6 months old. We have done about $1000 worth of tests and vet visits as well as antibiotics and steroids. He had been getting sick with the same symptoms about once every 2 months. We'd do steroids for a month or so tapering off like we were supposed to, and about a month or 2 later the symptoms would return. The vets have not been able to diagnose him with any certainty what he has, although they are leaning towards either puppy strangles, which the pup is supposed to out grow, or pemphigus, which tests for that came back negative. They do believe it is some sort of auto immune disease and have told us that there was a large possibility that he would need a life long steroid treatment. I did not want to do that to him, so after the last vet visit I started with a week and a half worth of steroids until his symptoms (pustules around the mouth, swollen glands, and a very tired, inactive pup) cleared. Then I started giving him these supplements, 2 pills twice a day. He hadn't been sick for about 4 months, and about 3 weeks ago we quit giving him the supplements, mostly because we ran out, but we thought maybe we'd see if he grew out of it. Well his pustules started coming back and he got lethargic once again. We started the supplements again and his energy returned almost immediately, and his pustules have almost disappeared. I just ordered 4 bottles and we intend to keep him on these supplements for the rest of his life if need be. I truly believe that these are keeping him healthy, and am so happy I found these as a much healthier alternative to the steroids.
