Dogs up to 10 lbs: 1.5 oz or 1 scoop
Dogs 11-20 lbs:  3 oz or 2 scoops
Dogs 21-30 lbs:  4 oz or 2.5 scoops
Dogs 31-40 lbs:  6 oz or 4 scoops
Dogs 41-50 lbs:  7.5 oz or 5 scoops
