    Rated 2 out of 5 by I ordered this thinking it was 23L like it says on the website. BUT, it's actually only 12.5L in size, and "expands" to 23L. The way the website states it is deceiving, especially since on other similar products, 23L is actually 23L, and not 12.5L. The product itself is fine. March 15, 2016
