I was amazed how much hair this brush picked up from my short-haired dachshund's coat. He's now shiny and smooth and I couldn't be more pleased. Well worth the money! I feel you get what you pay for. Chi is a wonderful company, which is one reason I bought it. I have no doubt this brush will last.
