I wanted something that could slow down my dog's eating. This is fun for her and she doesn't just gobble her food down so quickly. One thing that I wish they would have done was made it easier to put her kibble in all at once. It takes a little time to get all of it in the hole. Other than that, it is durable and a great product.

I have an 11lb. chihuahua terrier mix and she loves this toy. I ordered the "small" size and it's about the diameter of a salad plate and shaped like a flying saucer. It's easy to fill with her kibble, and she has to bat it and spin it around to get the food to spill out the sides. It's not so hard that she can't get her treats, but it clearly stimulates her and she appears to love playing with it.
I haven't tried to wash it yet, so I don't know how hard cleaning will be. It looks like I could just run it through the dishwasher.
