Rated 2 out of 5 by Luvisalab Dogs loved it, but does not withstand 2 labs
Even tho the dogs loved it, it doesn't hold up to 2 labs that love to play tug-a-war. would only be good for non-destructive dogs.

SimonsMommie Good Toys! but not indesctructible
I like the goDog toys, compared to most these are pretty durable. My 9 month old dachshund/beagle mix is a serious chewer, even if he is only 19 lbs! The Donkey was "somewhat" destroyed within an hour, first the tail, then one of the squeakers, and quite a bit of stuffing. Petsmart was nice enough to issue a refund since they were out of donkeys. He still has 2 squeakers left and some stuffing and the "Carcasses" on these he likes to keep and play with because they are better made. The only toy he has that still has squeakers intact is the kyjen snake. I have uploaded pictures so you can see how quickly the donkey was destroyed, then he needed a nap, you can also see the snake and the other goDog toy (dinosaur) that he still likes but is empty. The dinosaur lasted him a little longer and he still likes to play tug of war with him. Overall I STILL like these toys. They are made better than most and they are still fun for him after they are emptied of their squeakers and stuffing. I don't think there is any such thing as an indestructible toy for serious chewers!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Maxine91 The seams were very weak and tore with minimal effort. The chew guard technology seemed to work fairly well though.

I have a rat terrier. She is very good at digging and biting. Her plush squeaky toys have a useful life of about 15 minutes before she digs a hole through the fabric and pulls all the stuffing out. She also is very partial to anything plastic, so the squeaker doesn't have a chance once she splits the fabric. She got one of these chew guard toys for Christmas and a week later had not destroyed it. So I had to find her more. I tried this one in the large donkey version. I wasn't sure when I took it out of the box, because of the nose and paws being smooth fabric, the paws and head each with a squeaker. But I gave it to her to see how long it would last. She took hold of it and the attack was on. Surprisingly, she had a hard time getting her mouth around the heavily stuffed areas. She chewed and tried to dig it to death but got nowhere. These toys really are heavy duty! But she needed a large. I can only see the small working for a tea cup sized or less aggressive dog. Larger, more aggressive dogs probably need a toy even larger to hold up. Granted, the toy is 1/2 her size but she now has two toys that have not been destroyed, meaning no shreads of stuffing all over the rug or dead squeakers and fabric carcases laying around. The seams and fabric are holding up to my monster dog! There are six more of various types on the way. I'm hoping each of them will hold up just like these two (the other is a dragon I think is the same goDog brand). I am very pleased with this brand and quality of toy!! Oh, the characters are very cute so I was hoping the chew guard would hold up. They do!
