Rated 4 out of 5 by DoxieMum No construction required, but a little too steep
I have 2 wire haired dachshunds and thought the ramp would be perfect for my bowlegged one. He always had difficulties going from the top step of his dog stairs to the bed.
The ramp is great for quality and ease of setup. It is a little too steep for my dog as he really has to work hard to walk up. However my other doxie has no problems up or down.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who has the space.

Triviadude Sturdy Ramp
We have 4 little dogs who can't jump up on our tall bed and this ramp works wonders for them. It is sturdy and easy for them to run up and down. I would highly recommend this ramp.

The ramp is nice and sturdy and would work fantastic if my dog wasn't terrified of it. The ramp extends out about 4 feet from your bed, so make sure you have space for it to extend out, or you can turn it sideways next to your footboard and your dog can run up it that way to save space. The carpet is a little slippery out of the box, but with time and use I'm sure that'll go away.
The ramp is supposed to hold 200 lbs and it held my wife (~150 lbs) no problem when she tried to show my dog how to use it. When she was on it, it didn't even creak or anything.
I have a 25 pound Shiba who is a very timid, but stubborn dog, so as of now she refuses to use the ramp. I plan to take it back to get stairs for my dog.

Use it for an old Yorkie who can no longer jump up 28 inches to the top of bed -- he uses the ramp to get up and down -- also we like that it's foldable so we can fold up and put away @ night.
Pricey though (almost didn't buy it) -- would have given 5 stars if was cheaper
But definitely recommend to others with this kind of need
