We got two of these to use for Christmas time only, just in case the snow kept our sitters away......they only lasted 3yrs, which means we only used them 3 times.
It's irritating to set the time/date, the top basically fell off by the 3rd time we used it, and the battery cover at the bottom fell off.
For the price, it wasn't worth it!!

Our beautiful adopted cat had to previously have all teeth removed, and we wanted to make sure that he would have wet food available to him over a 3-day weekend while we were away--that the food would stay fresh. While the timer took a little bit of time to figure out how to set it up, the whole unit worked perfectly and dependably. We froze the food and ice packs before leaving. Upon our return, the food was gone from every successive compartment and our cat was happy and healthy. It was worth the time to figure out the set up!

Did not work as advertised. Timer difficult to read and did not open as set. Should have a metal top to prevent cats from prying it open; easily pried open by my cat 3 times. Not worth what you pay for it. I returned it to the store for a refund.
