I love the concept of this and overall it works well. The bags are of good quality, and its easy to pull them out. My first complaint would be that it is heavier and bulkier than I expected. I wish I didn't have to notice it hanging off the top of my leash but it really clanks around and weighs it down. My second complaint would be that the clasp is just WEIRD. It is unnecessarily hard to get on and off. I only take it with me when I'm walking my dogs around the block, not while just taking them to my yard, so every time I use it I take it on and off (since its so bulky). I just don't know why on earth they designed the hook in a way that is such a struggle, and not just a simple clasp that you can quickly use. The problem is that its very stiff plastic yet the hook and hole are lined up in a way that you really have to somehow bend it. It actually really angers me when I am getting my crazy dogs ready and they are so excited they are jumping at the door, and I have to sit there hurting my fingers while concentrating on this darn thing!
