Rated 4 out of 5 by Greynurse Product excellent, dog afraid to use it
The product appears to be of excellent quality and was fairly easy to assemble. However, my dog, who was missing his jumps to get on the couch won't use it. He may use it at a later date. My dog is afraid of anything new and he won't go up and down steps due to hip problems. Will keep product for future use if needed. I think he will use it when he can't make his jumps anymore or I will give it to a friend with dogs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Houndz4me A back-saver!
I have a 55 lb basset hound that has problems jumping up on my bed so I needed a ramp that was sturdy. He took to this ramp like a duck to water and does not slip going up or down. It also is very stable and doesn't slide around on my hardwood floor. I ordered this 6 months or so ago and it's just as nice today as it was when it came. It was easy to assemble, no tools necessary, just snaps in place. The only downside is that I wish it were more portable (it does not collapse) for use getting in and out of the car, but it's a great help for my basset and has saved my back by not having to lift the big lug, and has saved his back by not having to jump off the bed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer Great product, but pretty steep.
I ordered this product on a Wednesday and received it by Friday, which was very impressive. Upon opening it and putting it together (which was VERY easy, it all just snaps in place) it seems stable and doesn't take up a ton of room. However, the only downside is that I do not recommend it for small dogs, especially small older dogs. I have a 9 year old dachshund who could not walk up it because the incline was too steep and there aren't any grips except for the carpet cover. In his attempt to walk down it, he barreled down and fell at the end. PetSmart should really include incline as part of the specifications for ramps and even stairs- to me, that seems to be half the point of buying a ramp. If it's too steep, then it doesn't really do its job, right? Wish I knew that before buying since I don't get refunded for shipping costs and now have to return it.
