I bought this as a way to keep my dogs in the back. The assembly was ridiculous and it won't stay tight enough for its purpose. My tiny lab jumped over it the first time we used it and my Rottweiler will put her head right on top of it and push it down and just keep it like that. We've had to start chaining them into the back because this doesn't work. So now I'm going to have to spend more money to buy a better barrier.

Unfortunately the cargo area net barrier was not wide enough to prevent my 55 lb lab mix from crawling between the gap and into my back seat. Not good when you have a newborn! I have a Jeep 4x4 Sahara 2013 so maybe it would work ok with other vehicles?
