Rated 4 out of 5 by Sprouticus Lovely and well-made, sizing a problem This parka is really attractive and well-made. I got the large in beige since my dog is a male. It was a little shiny, but we ignored that. The large goes around his chest (he's a mix with a larger chest and shorter legs), but it is too large around his middle. I kept it because we were desperate to keep warm in the snow. The first time out in the parka, he urinated on the bottom of the hem! The leg openings are too wide for him and I have to turn them up under his arm pits so he doesn't step out of them. This method works relatively well, except when they slip down on their own. He prefers to wear it with the hood off. Anyway, I was sure the medium would fit him better. I ordered another parka in medium so I could wash one while he wore the other. I expected it would fit perfectly. In the medium, I can barely get the velcro together around his chest and then the legs are too tight for him to walk in. I'm so disappointed, but I have to return the smaller one and make due with the large. For the right dog, this is an excellent choice. We will continue to wear the large one. It is the best of about six different styles I've tried this winter. I love the thinsulate lining. I may have to try my hand at altering the larger size at some point. Good parka though. Rated 5 out of 5 by fab5 LOVE LOVE LOVE AND EXCELLENT COAT Oh my goodness I would definitely recommend this coat for your babies my fiancée and I have been looking around for some time trying to find a coat that fits are two girls perfectly just make sure you measure them but the medium size fits them perfect so grateful that we found these coats at petsmart specially on cyber monday really great price thanks petsmart And Happy holidays.
