Very disappointed in this product. Was very pricey to have it personalized with my cat's name and our phone number, only to have the plastic buckle break after a few months, rendering it useless. Would not recommend this product at all.

My indoor cat escaped when someone forgot to close the screen door. Luckily, my cat was wearing her collar with my telephone number on it. A neighbor took her in and called me. My cat is microchipped, but the collar provided a quicker way to identify her and get her back to me.

I ordered the Orchid color collar. I got the collar in four days which was faster than I expected. The collar was a different color than it was advertised but in my opinion I think the color was even prettier than the picture. The color is darker and a pinker color. It is a mix between the pink flamingo and the orchid color from the picture. I also personalized the collar with my cats name and phone number in a white color. I think it came out great and good quality. This is worth the money:)

My cats hated the bell. But after I removed the bells and put the collars back on, they didn't mind the collars at all-even though they never wore a collar before in 8 years. They are so cute and practical. I just moved to a new house and they have both gotten outside once, so I was worried about them getting lost. Now I feel much more comfortable about their safety.
