RevsMomma Buyer Be Aware!
I bought this playpen for our new Japanese Chin puppy so I could keep her with her litter box at bed time without allowing her loose in the house until she is fully litter trained. First, let me say the actually playpen is fantastic! It has excellent gauge wire for a strong sturdy hold that even could support my 40 pound dog's weight. The problem comes with the plastic pan. The plastic pan is beyond cheap. It is thinner than even a crate pan and the lip of the pan is not entirely rolled under so it is sharp. When I received my shipment the plastic pan was SHATTERED on all the corners. Because getting the same pan that wasn't broken wasn't worth the effort, I just went to my local petsmart and picked up the same size pan for a crate instead. The new pan is way more durable than the one that was sent with the playpen. So I would definitely buy this playpen for it's very well built, but be warned that you might as well buy a new pan in-store that is much more durable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by YankeeGirl Unit works but has issues
The playpen does a good job of containing my pets but there are several issues with the unit. It is very heavy and you need 2 or 3 people to get it out of the box, put it together and move it. There were no instructions for assembling it and the picture on the box is not clear enough to use as a guide. All of the metal edges are rough and I have scraped my skin or snagged my clothes every time I reach into it. The door swings open instead of sliding up and down, which makes it easy for my pets to rush the door and try to escape when I reach in to change their food/water dishes. Access through the top of the unit is risky because you have to open half of the unit. If your pets are jumpers they may be able to scale the side of the unit. A better idea would have been have a top access door/hatch that only opens one quarter of the top.
