I have two small/medium sized dogs. This is an excellent bowl. Easy to clean, compared to the plastic water bowls that they've had in the past. Its a fairly small bowl, holds 1 gallon of water which lasts my dogs about 1-2 days. Its a little hard to get the plastic bottle out of the metal container, but its totally worth it. Very easy to clean. My dogs have beards so they get some dirt in their beards but its a little rinse and looks brand new.

I have been using self waterers for my small pets, both dogs and cats, for over 10 years. I like these stainless steel ones because they are easier to clean than the plastic bowled ones and calcium/mineral deposits do not remain on them. The dark colored bottle prevents bacteria from growing in them. My cats and dog love them. Highly recommend this product. Bought two.

Hard not to mention customer service since that is at least half of what is expected from an internet order.
The stainless "waterer for dogs & cats" is a quality product and should last a long time. The scratch pads are the same as they always are -- fine. The order was shipped on time and arrived in good shape.
I tried to order more scratch pads to take the order over the free shipping mark, but the site would not let me. It said only one pack of scratch pads was available which put me a dollar or so short of free shipping. I found that offensive.
