We purchased this play pen for our Shihpoo for winter use when its too cold for him to be out in the yard. The assembly is wonderful and it will be easy to take with us when we travel. It has much more room to move around in than his crate and he is happy with his bed, pillow, and chew toys. I like the zippered top also.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JohnSchnauzerDad2013 Quick to set up and plenty of space for puppies. Floor mat attaches by velcro and puppies have learned to raise the floor mat. Anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening?

I purchased this playpen because I don't like leaving my little 3.2 pound, 4 month old maltese puppy in her crate. I put her in the playpen, zipped up the top and doors, went to work, and when I got home, I found it partially collapsed, she had escaped through the bottom and was sitting on the staircase. Second time I left her in there, came home, found it partically collapsed and she escaped through the bottom again. The third time I placed her in there so I could relax, zipped up the doors and left the top open. I literally watch her dig up the bottom, pull in one of the corners to partially collapse it and she climbed out the top since it was partially collapsed. Nothing wrong with the workmanship as it can easily pop back into shape, but there isn't enough velcro on the bottom to keep her from pulling it up and pulling in one of the corners to collapse the playpen to escape. If I add more velcro to the bottom, I don't think she will be able to escape again, but that is yet to be seen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by feds i had to have something quick and easy to hold 2 small spoiled dogs in while i was at work. i ordered this and it was easy to set up and take down. it was nice to look at and my babies had plenty of room to play it everyone at work thought it was just great. there was nothing in it that could harm my animals and they were not able to get out. i take it with me every where i go when we go visiting. they were able to see out and i was able to open doors on it when i could. this was worth every penny i spent on it.
