I bought this item quite a few years ago and have returned for another one as the size has now changed, along with the change from door to wall.
I LOVE that I can put the door on the inside or the outside. It WOULD have had 5 stars if the flaps stayed put in the wind.

This is a great doggy door. I love that I can place the panel on the inside or the outside. Remington loves being able to go in. He also loves to stick his head in or out and just check things out before making up his mind!!!!!!

I have been using this for about a month for my one year old cairn terrier. My dog loves it! It seals well and no bugs or small animals have gotten in and I haven't noticed a change in my heating bill. I got it professionally installed and it was definitely worth it.

Installation was a snap. The double doors are better than a single door. The wind can keep the doors from closing shut (magnets are too far away to engage). The best door that I've tried so far but it's still lacking since it lets the cold air in. I'd had to put up a barrier two feet outside the door to keep the wind from blowing the doors open.
