Available in a wide range of sizes to suit most dog breeds. Self lining to 2" thick - ideal for installation into thin panels, screens, doors and walls (using standard sheeting to line the wall). Dog Mate Dog Doors are suitable for a wide range of dog breeds. The medium and large doors feature robust 2-way locking panels for security. The small door features a 4-way lock that gives you more control of your pets' movements as it also allows you to set the flap to Unlocked, Locked, In Only or Out Only – which is very useful if you want to keep your pet outside or lock him in at night. All flaps are fully brush sealed with magnetic closure for total weatherproofing and minimum energy loss from the house. Super strong, lightweight flaps are suitable for cats as well as dogs. Small Dog Door

Rated 5 out of 5 by BundydaMan Got it done I put this door in my outdoor shed (my dogs are outdoor dogs) and it works great. Good weather protection and function. I did have to wonder for a minute how to install since the screws provided were too short. Some trimming had to be done with the doggie door to make the thickness less so the screws could hold the inside and outside pieces together. No biggie but I could see where some might have trouble with this since no instructions outlined this procedure. But it works, dogs use it and everyone is happy here. February 27, 2014

We used to keep the door to our room cracked enough for her to go in and out while we were asleep but that lets in a lot of light and sometimes made it hard to sleep. We decided to install a doggie door to rectify this problem. We chose this door because it was the correct size of our dog (medium size door because she weighs 35lbs) and the flap is tinted. It has turned out to be the perfect choice and is almost silent when she comes and goes. We are very happy with our purchase and rest better with our decision. February 20, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by RedtheDeerhound Read Carefully MultiInstulation...I read that to mean insulated...silly me. Only the small door has the controllable multi-lockout feature. The large dog door has a panel that inserts...works fine. Since it is only going in our door from the utility room to the garage it will work fine. Prior to this we used the one with the yellow insulated flap and while it works good the flap lacked anyway to really align it so it sealed well. This leaves room for someone to design a decent high quality insulated door. February 8, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by msangie Excellent product! I was a little afraid of putting this in myself as I was putting it in my insulated garage door. I took my time and kept referring to the instructions and actually finished in a little over an hour. I love the product. My garage stayed about 15 degrees warmer after I put it in (I had been leaving the door open about 10 inches so my outside cats could get in). I am currently leaving the flap propped open and have a plastic 'curtain' over the flap until the cats get used to the door. It was really very easy to put in. I did add just a little super glue to my top and side edges as my door has thin metal on the outside and 2 inches of foam on the inside, so the screws didn't have much to hold on to. January 23, 2014
