Rated 1 out of 5 by 123diane It baffles me how this product received so many stars. It was nothing but problems from the minute I opened the box. The legs would not adhere AT ALL to the seat - no matter how I tried to lock them in place they just kept falling out all morning. I have the seat up with one leg hooked on. I have to get super glue to try to get the other one to stay in the grooves where it's supposed to 'lock in'.
This product falls just short of being a piece of junk. The legs are a sickly yellow color instead of white as shown in the picture. I dont trust the tiny pieces of velcro one bit when it comes to holding up my cat who's under 5 pounds.

My cats are picky with laying on things for them. Have bought many "toys" for them to enjoy, and this product they practically wait their turn to lay on this in the window. Am convinced to order another one now. My husband attached it to the window sill with screws, so not sure how the Velcro would hold up. But my cats love this product. Looks so comfy somedays I wish I was a cat

This product did not perform at all well. Brackets on one side didn't fit correctly into the slots, even after trying it on the opposite side, and using duct tape to hold it together. As well, it was advertised that the velcro option would fit on any windowsill. It does not. I am returning this product for my money back.

My cat absolutely loves this shelf and spends hours a day on it. It was very easy to install and took me about 5 minutes. Really a must for any indoor cat! Also fairly priced and seems to be pretty durable so far.
