I was looking for a pet heating pad for my lab to use in her bed that is in the garage for when it gets cold here. I was surprised when it arrived and it is just a hard board with a cord. I was expecting it to be a soft cloth heating pad for dogs. Fortunately I returned it at the local Petsmart in town and was able to find a soft cloth heating pad for dogs at the store. And it was much cheaper..

This is ok if you do not put a cover or pillow on it other then that it's not very warm.

A great product we use one in an insulated dog house outside and the other is inside in their crate. Both are on timers so they always have comfort .
Both of our dogs are older and experiencing arthritis. Great comfort for weary bones.
