I bought 3 of these and the length listed for these is very deceiving. I thought it meant the full length of the collar itself would be 14" for the medium, but it meant your pet's neck size! I normally buy 14" for my cats/small dogs and they are perfect. But the ones I received are HUGE. I have to return the two mediums. The largest one I ordered fits my biggest dog, but only when I have it adjusted to as small as it can be, she is a 50lbs chow/retriever. The material itself is pretty flimsy and doesn't seem too high quality. And the plastic fastener is awful, it is hard to undo and hard to connect and it feels cheaply made. The plastic adjust buckle also lets this really thin nylon slip very easily, be ready to adjust this a lot or have your dog slip out! Now I have to spend money out of my own pocket to ship this back!

We think this is the safest way to ensure your dog will return home if they run away. We have always used these personalized collars with their name and phone number embroidered on them. Great idea!

This collar is just what we needed and expected, and you can't beat the price. Unlike other reviewers, I don't mind that the collar adjuster may partially cover the embroidered message. The collar is ADJUSTABLE. Delivery was quicker than estimated.

The embroidery machine evidently wasn't working well when this collar was done. Several of the numbers in my phone number were not complete and the thread on the underside was a mess. I will return this to the local PetSmart store for a refund and go elsewhere. I have bought a very good quality personalized collar in the past that lasted many years ... I want to find another one.
