Prevue Pet Products Featherstone Heights Tudor Bird Cage
I love the cage and recommend it for parakeets
I got this cage for a cockatiel - it is so cute - and I love it! It's actually a parakeet cage, so it was a little small. She loved to come out, so that really wasn't a problem.
But, since cockatiels are smarter than parakeets, my cockatiel learned to open the front window and let herself out; we had to get a large clip to 'lock' it. If she got bored, she learned to take the triangles off the roof.
Many slanted roofs let us hang several toys for her to use her acrobatics to play with them.
Best of all, it is very easy to clean: the grill and floor slide all the way out and can be washed in the sink, lined, and slid back in.

These type of cages are NOT suitable for birds
I think the picture should've included a bird in it. I'm pretty sure the bird would look terrible. Why? Because this cage is a terrible place to live in! There's barely any spot where the bird get's a view of outside, I sharply pointed roof, a small doorway....I would feel like I'm suffocating in this type of cage. Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's a good buy. You can put this as a decoration if you want.
