Rated 1 out of 5 by jdd15 Dimensions are incorrect on the box. I have a '15 Audi q3, which has a smaller trunk area that is 29.5" high, the box claims this is adjustable down to 28.3" high which it is... if you have a hacksaw. After having to use pliers to fully thread the adjustment bolts into the divider do to it being so tight we then realized that this bolts are actually 30" long making it to big and the declared dimensions incorrect. After some sawing I was able to get it to fit but not worth the effort for the money spent on it.

Just got this thing as we were going on a road trip with our new dog. None of the pieces fit together. My husband is in the garage having to re-work the entire thing to get everything to fit together. We might as well have saved $100 and just bought pieces of scrap metal to manipulate into a barrier, since that's basically what we have to do right now. Terrible, terrible product.

This barrier is a lifesaver! I just wish there was an "attachment" you could add to the bottom of the wire mesh b/c I have bucket seats with an isle between them in the back. I did rig something so they could not get past the barrier, but I still love the purchase! Don't know how I could live without one now.

by redbaby09 Not sure if I will be keeping it...
I bought this yesterday after dropping both dogs at Pestmart for grooming...I usually take them in my little car and have to use a sealt belt through the handle of the leash for the larger dog...because he will jump out the window...I decided to use the van this time...my van has bucket seats in the middle row and a bench seat in the back which I had to fold down or my bigger dog would not have any room to move at all and would probably tear up the back of the seat...after all the chaos going on in the back with two dogs and to kids...I decided to buy this barrier...and a seat protector...the instructions for the barrier are ridiculous....good thing I'm used to assembling things with shottie instructions...i put the barrier in...then put the cover in and put the straps through the opening around the head rest...but because I have bucket seats...my lab mix discovered that the barrier doesn't go all the way to the floor and he can just go around the cover and was in the front with the puppy and kids...I like the the fact that it does go to the top and is easy to adjust...and will not tear or mark the cream colored interior....I am going to try and make some adjustments to it and see how that works...if not I will be taking it back....it's great if you have bench seats...
