If you buy one with parts good at hand, good for you! You got lucky. As myself did not. The store employees where great and helped anyway they could but this stand I do not recommend. Why might you ask? First, it's particle board. Glued together sawdust. It can only get wet so many times then it starts to swell and break. And when there is an aquarium resting upon it, it will get wet. Second, when the item is not "put together" it is very fragile. Parts are easily broke either by delivery to store or delivery to home. It doesn't take much to break particle board. The first one I bought had a "bump" upon the top of it. If I would have kept going, crack would have happened at the bottom of the aquarium. I took it back and exchanged for another. Before I started on the second stand, I checked out every part. This time, top part had a good size of the back corner broke off. Thats when I said no more particle board for me!! The cheaper way isn't always the best way. For the cheap way can end up being the most expensive way.... Repairing water damage that is....

Rated 4 out of 5 by Paulewog Decent Stand
Read the reviews and it took most people 2-1/2 hours. It only took me an hour and the instructions where right on, all the pieces where there, and the stand is sturdy. You do get what you pay for but this is a decent stand for the money and it was in stock in store. Thank you Petsmart!

Rated 5 out of 5 by lovediscus no problems with assembly
Purchased 03/15/15. With the some help from my dad, we were able to assemble this stand with no problems. Everything fit, doors open wide etc. Holds my 36 gallon bowfront aquarium nicely. I am pretty happy with the whole setup.

This was not to hard to put together UNTIL the last step. The doors...they did not work no matter what I did, they would fit in the spot and look nice, but they did not have room to open..so after several people trying to figure it out..I went and got hinges and just had to put them on that way..which does not look right but they open..the one door still does not fit and wont close right..but at this point..it is what it is..just watch out for pieces not fitting right..It could also use a brace on the bottom back. I will be using a piece of wood..just to be sure it will hold
