Rated 1 out of 5 by sgmksb leaves major mess...won't eat it
the mourning doves 'pick' at it....leaving all (what I am assuming?) are the popcorn pieces (round balls that end up blowing around all over the place!)...not what you want when you are feeding birds discreetly so as not to draw an HOA's attention in your complex. What a mess...I'm out there trying to pick up the pieces with paper towel...the wind just blows this all around and out into the street! What a waste of money too when co's use 'fillers' just to sell their product. Stick to the Sunflower hearts n chips ..the ONLY thing I've ever found doves to totally devour without leaving anything at all. SO sorry I tried this one instead...nothing but headache!...and still 3/4 of a bag to go!!!

by John172 Morning Doves Love it!
I noticed that there were a pair of morning doves feeding on the fallen seeds of my bird feeders one morning so I purchased a ground feeder and the All Living Things Dove & Quail Blend Wild Bird Food. It took them a couple days but once they located the feeder they loved it! Now I see them feeding at it everyday. This is reasonably priced and as long as the doves keep coming to it, I'll continue to purchase it from my local petsmart, also the house finches seem to love this too as I see them eating from the ground feeder as well. Great Product and highly recommend to anyone looking to attract morning doves to your back yard. Just remember they need a ground feeder as they wont fly to your normal hanging feeder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by OCSkyGuy Favorite with Quail & Doves
Been ground feeding the local California Quail and morning doves for many years and have tried just about every available mixture - even pure millet. The All Living Things Dove and Quail blend is by far the best product. Each seed type is completely consumed (quickly) and they really seem to love it. There is no perceivable dust in the bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by stellaphane We've had twenty to twenty-four California Quail feeding in our yard almost nonstop since putting it out 5 days ago. Previously, we've had a family of 9 coming for an hour or so on most afternoons. Seems to be popular with the Mourning Doves & Band-tailed Pigeons as well.
