These bowls are beautiful, however they aren't shipped with care. I purchased 2 bowls, one bowl was barely wrapped with plastic bubble wrap and the other bowl was simply laid on top. I am a reasonable person who can understand that these things happen, so I returned the broken bowl and kept the intact one in hopes of ordering another online. As this item is exclusive to the website I am unable to purchase in store (I've also checked in store just in case). Upon trying to order a third bowl, I was greeted with the "in store only" icon, once I had selected the size of bowl I wanted to purchase. As it stands I have one bowl and no hope of obtaining another. My advice to future customers would be to caution them on purchasing breakable items online. These items are not packaged properly, and I have found no means of contacting anyone about this aside from a 1-888 number. I am not one to argue over a purchase that was less than $10 dollars over the phone to a machine. Overall it is very dissappointing to be unable to replace a broken item.
