KONG® Reflective Dog Harness
A God Send
We have an eleven month old 70 pound Golden Retriever. Weeks of obedience training and practice and she continued to pull like an ox. Bought the medium size harness and it still had plenty of room for adjustment for growth. First time walking her was like we had a new dog. No pulling, no choking herself and she stayed in step with us. Even when a rabbit ran past which would leave us hanging on for dear life in the past, she simply took two steps towards it then stopped. Thank you Kong.

No more pulling!
I have a pit bull/ shepherd mix with broad torso and lower neck and a much narrower upper neck which made fitting collars a nightmare, he would slip out of every collar and could pull like a freight train. This harness fit well, looked nice and from the first fitting stopped him dead in his tracks from pulling. I LOVE this harness.

Have been using this harness on my large (45 lb) Scottish border collie for a few years now. The fit is excellent and the chest plate is wonderful. I purchased it primarily as a seat belt (she goes everywhere with me) because of the chest plate which would cause less damage to her breast bone/ribs if we were to get into an accident.

Decent harness-needs better locking
We're on our fourth one, bought it today. We use this harness primarily for night walking which is nearly every day for us. Great reflective, beefy and well made. I also added two RuffWear flashing red lights, one on each side and one NiteIze flashing red light on the chest.
BUT, I discovered that it would not hold the adjustment for my Deja, a 100 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback, the buckles always slip. I remedied this by fitting to where it needed to be on the dog and then used a leather punch and rivets to lock the straps in place as well as the lower breast panel. Only other issue is that the inner breast panel would collect dog hair really thickly and hard to get out as it was imbedded into the fabric. I usually wash it in the machine once a month and then build a new one every nine months or so. Compared to what is on the market its the best for us.
