My dog needed a new, mind-challenging toy that also involved treats. He's a beagle, so he's extremely motivated by treats. He's also very picky about his toys and he refuses to chew on anything that is actually made for him to chew on. So a friend and I set out on a mission to find him something that he would love to play with, and this is it! He absolutely loves it! There are a few varieties of these treat balls, but I picked this one because it's see through so my dog can actually see the treat inside. After a few times of just rolling the ball around to get a treat out, I filled it with his food to see what he would do. He started rolling it to get his food out of it too, even though he wasn't eating the food. I'm convinced that he actually likes to play with it now and not just because of what's inside. He also rolls it around occasionally when there's nothing in it. The only downside to this product is that it picks up hair while it's rolling on the floor, so if you have pet hair on your floor like I do, you'll have to rinse it off every once in a while. Other than that, it's a wonderful toy!

Got 2 of these for my dogs and they love them! Its been a week and no tears of extra holes in this toy. It is a little time consuming to fill up, but its well worth it. I love watching them roll the balls around and toss them working to get the food out. It makes them work their little brains, and it makes me laugh to watch them. A great buy.
It fits about 1/2 cup of food so generally I put the rest in the food bowl then give them this after they finish.

by Alliegrace Nala loves it :)
Nala eats so fast she gets sick, and being a puppy, needs mental stimulation every moment she's not sleeping. So I put 2/3 to 1 cup of her food in the ball and it takes her about 20 minutes to eat it all. Takes care of her issues with eating fast and provides 20 minutes of rest for us! The only problem with it is that it takes a while to fill it up.
