PetSafe® Training Head Dog Collar
I have a chihuahua who had a serious lunging and barking at other people/dogs problem. I tried everything from a choke chain to positive reinforcement and nothing worked, he seemed to hate everyone. Within minutes of putting on the head collar he was walking beside me and hardly barking at all. If he did bark I would give a quick correction and he seemed to understand almost instantly. The only negative thing i can say is he paws at his face a little, but thats understandable, and I imagine it will stop after a little more time. Great product, would absolutely recommend.

I have an energetic young border collie and I tried everything. I tried that (pet walk I think??) harness. It goes around the dogs waist and chest. I finally resorted to a choke collar after getting drug all over the neighborhood as she chased cars, bikes, dogs, cats, old men with canes, everything. Walking was disasterous. Even with the choke collar she just decided to choke and remain in control. That chest harness one ... yeah, she bit the clip and got out three times and I had to chase her all over town... insane. I was truly thinking of getting rid of my dog because she would not obey me on a leash and she has to have the exercise because she is super hyper. I got this no-pull nose harness in size 2. AWESOME. She doesn't control me. I control her. It doesn't hurt her, it's just annoying when she pulls, like a stubbed toe or a hangnail. She has tried 3-4 times to get it off, but she can't. I just tug the leash and say no, and she stops. It's like I have a completely different dog. She is calm and walks calm beside me, even when cars, bikes and dogs pass. The difference is unfathomable. If I didn't see it with my own two eyes, I'd never believe it. On our second walk, I accidentally forgot to attach the leash to the front of the harness and attached it to her regular collar, which means it isn't even working, and she still didn't pull. She remembered after one day not to pull. We have been on three walks. All soooo good. I must say, it does matter what side you hold the leash on. On one side, it works ok, and on the other side it works fantastic, so try holding the leash both sides and see which one works better for you. Truly amazing and way cheap. Just try it, what is $20 compared to your sanity? Honestly.

I would recommend this head collar for anyone. I have a 2 year old Husky cross and she loves to pull always has always will its in her nature to pull. No matter what I used she would pull until she choked herself. I tried everything. Then my friend with a Bull Mastiff told me to try this. I bought it hesitantly but saw an immediate improvement. Like other users have stated she didn't like it at first and would fight it and nuzzle her nose on my leg. We have been using this for a little over a year and now when we get to the door to go out I can hold the loop open and she will put her nose right in there on her own. Bottom line this is amazing I went from a dog who pulled me on my butt to being able to hold the lease with one finger. :D Buy this you won't regret it!!

My dog used to slip out of his collars and harnesses. I tried a lot of different shapes and sizes but nothing worked. Then I found the Gentle Leader! This is amazing! After my dog got used to something being on his head, he stopped pulling immediately! I highly recommend this product.
