Male Guinea Pig
I love my guinea pig. When got there, there were no female guinea pigs which made me sad but I got this amazing brown guinea pig named Honey Bun. ( even he's a boy.) He didn't show any signs of sickness which was great. They are so easy to take care of :)

Very cute but not a low maintenance pet
I used to have 2 male guinea pigs. They were adorable. We sadly had to rehome them due to allergies. They were in a multi level C&C cage. They would be a great pet for people with no other pets. They eat A TON of hay! They also poo a lot I had to spot clean the cage at least 3 times a day. They would run away if I tried to pick them up. I was more their servant then there owner. Mine liked green vegetables and carrots. Some go to the bathroom in one spot or a litter box. Mine didn't. My betta fish shows more affection. They are cute but not for everyone.

very cute and easy to take care of
I have 6 month old Abyssinian guinea pig.
When I got him he was healthy and still is.
He is probably the only pet that grows and grows and will never lose his cuteness! I recommend it to people who took care of fish, and now want a different and also easy pet.

Great choice for a pet!
I purchased a male guinea pig from PetSmart almost two years ago, and I love him! He's very affectionate, popcorns and squeaks quite often, and loves to run around and play. Make sure you feed your pig(s) plenty of hay and pellets, and a variety of fresh veggies. #If your piggy doesn't like veggies, having a cage mate who does can help with that.) If you have the option to get two piggies instead of just one, please do so! They will most likely be happier with a cage mate, just make sure they have a large cage. I would recommend making a C&C cage, they are cheap, easy to make, and spacious. Hope this helps!
