Great tank I love it and so do my fish . I havent had any problems with it only thing I dislike is the price of it and that my nearest store doesnt carry it I had to drive 15 miles to buy it . I also purchased a bubbling volcano and a new filter . Its the best fish tank to upgrade to if youre a starter.

This tank is wider, deeper, and taller than my old 10-gallon tank and yet it still fits on my coffee table. I also lucked out, twice, because not only was it on-sale for $15 off, but because it comes with a hood & light, Top Fin had an accompanying sale where I got a Top Fin 30 filter at 1/2 price, or $12 off.
Also don't be fooled by the hype or the extras that come with the LED Starter Kit. Fluorescent lighting is better for plants than the cheap LED lights that come with the Starter Kit, and you will want plants in your new 20-G tank so this bare-bones tank is actually the better choice. Save the money and put it towards a better filter and heater. You may spend a little more than if you'd bought the Starter Kit, but your fish & plants will be happier and so will you.

by MmmmikeE Good quality tank, Affordable price
I got this tank about two weeks ago and it looks great. The other reviews said that the sealing on the edges looks horrible. It's really not that bad. It's visible, but not sloppy. The hood it comes with is a nice addition considering I really didn't want to buy a hood separately. The light came perfectly fine and has worked swimmingly. It has not burned out with heavy use. What comes with this is only the tank and hood, nothing else. If you need additional things, buy this and buy the others. Starter kits usually have lesser quality items wrapped up and priced higher. Overall this was a great buy.

This is a great fish tank, the glass is crystal clear, and the light is bright and illuminates the whole tank. The lid is a little loose, but I have not had any trouble with it. The back of the lid has perforations to make openings for a filter and other things. I used a hand saw to cut the perforations and then a rasp to smooth the edges and that worked great. I would definitely buy this tank again.
