NATURE'S MIRACLE™ Pet Urine Destroyer
I read some of the reviews and was a little skeptical once I saw the negatives. I can't speak for everyone but this product worked great for us.
Our dog enjoyed the only carpeted room in our house and began peeing in there quite a bit. The smell became noticeable a couple of months ago and was downright awful a few weeks ago. Compounding the matter was that we steam cleaned the carpet a few times, which apparently is a big mistake. That didn't fix it and we tried this product.
NOTE: It doesn't work immediately. At least it didn't for us. I saturated the problem area and while the smell diminished a few days later, it was still there. However, after about a full week, the smell is completely gone and the room is back to normal.
We also had no staining issue on the carpet as some have reported. The bottle, however, clearly states that you should test in a hidden area to see if your carpet will be affected. Make sure to do that first.
Like I said, I can't speak for everybody, but this product worked extremely well for us.

A TRUE Miracle!
We recently got a new kitten and he decided to use our new couch as a litter box and I thought it was ruined until I used this product. I dumped the entire bottle (32oz) on the spots and left it sit overnight and by morning the smell was all gone! And it did not discolor my furniture either. I will def reccommend to others for this prodcut, thank you Natures Miracle for saving my furniture!

Only cat urine eliminator that works!
One of my cats started having a UTI and urinating on our couch. By the time we figured it out he had done so at least five times. I at first used Bissell's product for cat urine, since the one for dogs is great. However all that did was mask the smell and it actually left a weird smell itself. So I figured I would try this product and it worked very well. I needed to pour the whole bottle on it and scrub but for the most part it completely took the smell away. I got the couch shampooed too and it seems that between those two, it did the trick!

Worked on wood floor / wall seam
My cat was repeatedly peeing on the wood landing area in the corner by the front door (about 4x4 feet) and I used this product to squirt into the seam where the wall meets the wood floor, careful to wipe up excess off the wood. At first the odor actually intensified, so I taped some plastic across the seams to seal in the moisture and let it do its job without evaporating too quickly. After a week, I took the plastic off the seams and to my surprise - NO URINE ODOR. Just a faint clean scent. After that, we decided to seal the seams between the wall and the floor with some sort of epoxy in case the cat did it again it wouldn't go down into the subfloor. I'm not sure about carpet, but for the subfloor under a wood floor where the wall meets the floor, it worked as needed.
