The airlines will not accept this kennel even if you put bolts on it

Rated 1 out of 5 by Beignet United won't take it
I bought this crate months ago in preparation for a fight over the holidays. Just re-read United's website and it will not allow this crate because there are no metal bolts on the sides- United will only allow it I drill my own holes and add metal screws. Very disappointed

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lefty1 Not Escape Proof
The door design, though interesting on first glance is not tamper proof. My small 8 lb dog is able to push up against it and open it. I put zip ties to prevent the folding part and he was able to push against the door and warp it in some way to escape. This is because the closing mechanism is plastic and the metal extensions of the door are not long enough. Really bad locking design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PuggleLove Good crate, vague instructions
So far this kennel seems sturdy and well made. We haven't been able to fully test its durability yet, as my little puggle is still overcoming his fear of this giant new thing in his home. Assembly, was a little more difficult and took slightly longer than expected. I'm definitely a visual learner, and much to my frustration the instructions didn't include clear or helpful pictures. (I got a little mixed up with the door assembly.) I had to spend extra time googling images of assembled products and instructions just to make sure I wasn't breaking any little plastic connectors. We eventually got it together in working order, it just required a lot more time/patience than I had budgeted. In retrospect, I guess I could have asked them nicely to assemble it in store.
