Wellness® Signature Selects Shredded Adult Cat Food
My cats love this canned food. I have previously fed them other wellness canned foods and they stick their noses up at that now. I have 3 cats and one is an older Maine Coon who is very particular and has a sensitive tummy. He eats every bit of it and seems to digest it very well. It is a bit expensive but not anymore so than the other wellness flavors. I highly recommend this to cat parents who want to feed their cats a grain free, quality cat food.

Expensive but healthy and popular
This (Shredded White Meat Chicken and Chicken Liver Entree in Sauce) is one of many flavors in this line which our cats have come to really like. The ingredients are good, it's easy to mix in supplements and it doesn't smell god-awful when you open it. They seem to be digesting it well and feel good since I've been feeding it. They much prefer it to the pouches and the other Wellness cans, both pate and chunk/gravy. They also prefer it to another brand starting with W that has similar shredded/gravy kinds of textures. My only complaint is that it's expensive. I really dislike the current trend of packaging cat food as a boutique" item with fancy packaging and so on to trick you into buying it. They could have saved some money on the groovy upside-down can design to actually make the stuff more affordable, and besides that it makes them hard to stack with other same-sized cans and be able to see what you're looking at. We had trouble getting the girls to eat for a long time, and this line of foods has really helped, but unless the price comes down we're going to have to start alternating these with some less expensive foods.

At last, something she'll eat.
My one cat will eat almost anything. The other one won't eat anything. She will go days without eating. I stumbled on this food and figured I would give it a try. Actually I tried all the select varieties and most she left but this one she is waiting on her mat for me to put the bowl down. She licks the bowl clean. My only complaint is that it has a lot of gravy so it doesn't stay with them. It would be better if there was more meat, especially for the price. It is worth noting that I don't free feed and split the can between both my 2 yr old cats and feed them twice a day. They get a small amount of dry food along with their second feeding.

Difficult for my kitties to eat.
Great idea, but the shreds are difficult for any of my 5 kitties to eat. Cats lick up their food to eat, & these shreds are very dry & tough, once the gravy is gone. I often add water to their canned food; even if there is already gravy in it, as sometimes the gravy is a bit thick & sticky. These shreds are just not easy for a cat to get into their mouth, & once they do, they get caught in their mouth & around their teeth. When all 5 of my cats react the same way to a shredded food, I know it's the food & not them.
