Cardinal Gates Auto-Lock Pet Gate
Does its job
I have this at the landing at the bottom of the stairs. The directions for putting it together were just so so. My lab is just a puppy, and is not bothered with it, so we will see how it holds up when she starts testing it.

third one purchased - great product
Love these, including the extension which was purchased for one of the three gates we bought. Had to return one due to bent top piece where screw goes against the wall. PetsMart was good at exchanging.
We do not latch the gates because the dogs don't try to knock them over and the latch release is tricky to do one-handed but just fine with two hands.
First set up: Gates will not work unless correct tension is set up and then the "click into place" portion can work. Don't worry if it seems crooked at first because it will fit together when the tension is proper.

Just What I Was Looking For!
I have a 4 month old Corgi puppy named Woody. He chews on anything he can get his chompers on, and i mean anything. He's teething and I was going nuts looking for a sturdy steel gate that can keep him and his teeth away from my personal property. The last gate I bought was made of wood, and Woody chewed right threw it!
I bought this gate, and it was the best investment I've put my money on. The gate is sturdy and made of steel, which my pup can't chew or move, and I bought in in Black. He's a very strong puppy and I was worried that he might push the gate with his weight, but no way. He's tried, and looks frustrated. Poor Woody, lol..
I highly recommend this dog gate. It's great
