NUTRO® NATURAL CHOICE® Soft Loaf Kitten Food
Better than the other more expensive brand
I have been feeding my rescue kitten Nutro Natural Choice kitten soft loaf since he was 5 weeks old. My local pet stores were all out of it, so I opted for the heavily advertised supposedly superior brand of all brands. My kitten barely liked their comparable kitten soft loaf. I also noticed that he wasn't going #2 as much, and that what he was passing, were small hard nuggets instead of his usual long ones. After a week of this an no change in his interest in the food or what he was passing, I took all the food back for an exchange. He just devoured the Nutro Natural Choice Kitten food. Afterwards, he smacked his lips and licked himself all up while winking at me constantly as if to tell me "Thank you! thank you Mom, for giving me the good stuff again!!!" I even got a couple friendly head butts and some face rubies before he pranced off all ecstatic### Thank you Nutro! More expensive brands DON'T = better products. I'll have to start ordering by the case online ahead of time to avoid this dilemma in the future.

My kitten was malnutioned. Vet thought she was 2 weeks younger than she was. Did research and transitioned her from ID gastro intestonal to Nutro. Doing great. I wish they had it in turkey..

My Ferrets Love It
Our skinny little girl has picked up weight fast on Natural Choice. I switched her from Science a/d to your product because you include organ meat and exclude grains and peas (peas cause kidney stones in ferrets). She loves it. Have you ever considered developing a ferret line? It would be perfect for owners wanting to switch from poor quality kibble but not ready to take the plunge into raw. You can find more about ferret dietary needs at Holistic Ferret board and the American Ferret Association Facebook page.

Great product - Pointlessly inconvenient to buy it
No grains - great!
Taurine level is acceptable
Protein and moisture levels are within recommended parameters.
But the 3 oz. cans are a pointless nuisance.
Installing the drop down feeder rack on the shelves, and refusing to make this entire line available by the case on the shelves was just plain annoying. Some of us just don't appreciate having to buy cat food every 3 or 4 days.
And why is this the only flavor available for kittens...?
