Rated 1 out of 5 by CS23 Ripped after 1 throw. Buy the red flyer
I bought this to replace the red Kong Flyer my Pitbull has had for roughly 6 months (it still flies, she's just chewed the "lip" off because I'm silly and let her use it as a chew toy). I literally took this flyer out of the package, threw it once, it landed in the grass, she picked it up and ran it back to me. When she gave it to me it had a huge tear through the middle of the frisbee. One more throw and it ripped completely in half. This "flyer" is 1/2 as thick as the red one and nowhere near as durable. I returned it and bought a second red one.

My Labrador LOVES to chew and shred and toss and play hard with her toys. The KONG EXTREME FLYER is the only frisbee to withstand her intensity to play. It is durable. It is easy on her mouth when she catches it. She plays with it at least once a day and it has lasted for months!

Rated 5 out of 5 by pghgal13 the BEST frisbee
We have a border collie mix. She loves playing frisbee more than anything. We used to buy her the Old Navy frisbees, and I even stocked up whenever I could. When she finally wore the last one down to just the inner circle, neither of us knew what to do. All other frisbees were too hard, too inflexible, or too soft. Finally, I stumbled on this one. She is hooked and so am I. It's easy to throw once you get the hang of it. It's soft on her mouth and easy to catch, and she loves that she can give it a good shake right before returning it to me. I hope Kong continues to make this and Petsmart continues to carry it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by AuCaDoKrissy Awesome Frisbee-NOT a chew toy!!
We have a disc-loving dog and this is the best, most long-lasting frisbee we've found. We would go through at least 1 hard plastic disc a session and our pup's gums would bleed but this disc usually lasts us at least 2 months of daily use and no blood or cuts for the dog. This is NOT a chew toy and shouldn't be left with a dog that likes to tear apart toys, it's just not that kind of toy. It is much lighter and thinner than the red Kong frisbee and once you get used to throwing it, flies much better too!
