Rated 3 out of 5 by MisterKnowItAll Too agessive for my tropical tank
It was a nice looking fish but I had to return it since it bullied my Tetras even though it was a spacious 37 gallon with lot's of territory's to claim. So it was either over territory or the two fish don't go together, but my guess is that it was just that one fish's personality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CichlidLoverToo A unique shaped beautiful peaceful fish
Although they get quite large, they are a beautiful, colorful, peaceful, mid-tank swimming schooling fish. They are great "dither" fish for cichlid aquariums. They are also very hardy and not prone to many fish ailments.

by CajunGirl87 Boesemani Rainbowfish
I added two of these Boesemani Rainbowfish to my 46 gallon aquarium last week. At first they didn't have much color, but now that they are adjusting to their new home they are getting more colorful. They are still young right now so I'm sure as they get older & bigger they will get even more colorful. They are very fast, energetic fish. They are very active & don't stay still for long. They swim all over the tank, but mostly stay in the middle. They also love to eat & are usually the first ones to go after food. They even like to eat algae wafers & shrimp pellets with my cory cats & pleco. They seem very hardy & peaceful. They get along with my other fish. They are definitely pretty & entertaining! I love them & I'm glad I bought them.
