Top Fin Betta Bits Color Enhancing Pellets Fish Food
Used for years
We used to have a betta fish and this was all we ever fed him. I recently found an old bottle of this with a little bit of food left from years ago. The label is a little different but I think it was the same product. RIP Rover, 2004-2009. That's right, he lived almost six years and this was his food. I'm pretty sure betas usually live something like 2-3 years. I might eventually get another betta, and if I do, I'll definitely get this again (no I won't use up the food from years ago on a new fish:) but it's not like it has rotted or anything- doesn't look like it has spoiled even though I'm sure it has expired.)

Finnegan and I LOVE this product!
Finnegan (my half moon male betta fish) loves this food. When I drop the food in, he swims up ASAP and grabs the food. I have also taught him to jump for his food which was very easy with this product. I feed him 2 a day (not 4 or 5 a day like the product says). The pellets will not run out for a long time because there are plenty in there. When I do run out I am sure to get this kind of food in the future.

Best Food for Bettas!
My betta fish loves his Betta Bits!!!
October 4, 2013
My betta was starting to look a bit faded after some stress of a few fish in the community tank so he was separated and fed just this food for a few days before we moved the other fish to a new tank so he could be back in his regular space. In under a week his color returned and he looked much better! This floating formula is nice if your betta doesn't finish the food in a timely manner you can just net up or scoop up any left overs so it won't linger in the tank.
