Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I like this plant because it is very unique. It has sprouted 2 new leaves since purchase, they are bright green and my cory cats love moving it around the aquarium.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Banana plant I bought a banana plant about a month ago. It was my first live plant purchase for my Betta's 2.6 gallon tank. I am pleasantly surprised how well it's doing! It's growing and sprouted some new leaves. Bettta occasionally rests on the leaves. Recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never seen one before, AMAZING! The banana plant is an amazing plant, I have always wanted one of these plants. This is a very hardy plant that does very well in low-high light. I would put the plant in a seperate container and let the plant grow some roots and leaves so fish don't pick at it, then plant the banana's roots only and not the banana (planting the banana can cause the plant to rot)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really thriving I bought both of mine in pretty poor condition hoping that they would recover from shipping or whatever had them in poor quality. Once planted, these plants really started to thrive and have leaves as big as my palm at the water surface. They're a very unique plant that is a great addition to my tank. I would not however spend almost $9 on these when i could order them online (at about $3) and have them arrive in better condition.

Does this plant work with goldfish aquariums?

Asked by: Skip29
Yes it does, no reason why it wouldn't other than goldfish do kinda prefer "colder" water
