It's too bad that a couple people have had a problem with their tanks cracking. After 8 years I haven't had any issues except with the light. I ended up getting the more expensive one that switches from daytime to nighttime and haven't had any issues since. The only reason I'm considering getting rid of mine lately is because of the limitations with decorating it. I've used it for goldfish, then added a heater and went tropical. It's very easy to keep clean, is attractive, and doesn't take up much space.

I had this tank for 2 years and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, this morning the tank started leaking. Once I looked closer, I realized there was a 4 inch crack in the acrylic. I will buy a glass tank next.

I purchased the biUbe 9 gallon aquarium for my office. It doesn't take up a lot of space, easy to clean. I love it and bought a second one for my Grandaughter's birthday. I would highly recommend this aquarium. Absoultely love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Suzane Great aquarium BUT
This was a great aquarium. Easy maintenance, great lighting, roomy for smaller fish, space necessary for tank is minimal, feeding is easy, & the look is stylish, with the entire system designed specifically for this brand. BUT, for an unknown reason, I heard a cracking noise coming from the the acrylic tank, it had about six or seven long visible cracks going in various directions and water was draining from the tank. My tank had cracked and emptied in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunaly, this was my second acrylic tank to do this. In the end, I liked everything but the material of the tank. P.S. No fish were injured (probably because I was there at the time).
