My Labrador LOVES to chew and shred and toss and play hard with her toys. The KONG EXTREME FLYER is the only frisbee to withstand her intensity to play. It is durable. It is easy on her mouth when she catches it. She plays with it at least once a day and it has lasted for months!

Rated 5 out of 5 by pghgal13 the BEST frisbee
We have a border collie mix. She loves playing frisbee more than anything. We used to buy her the Old Navy frisbees, and I even stocked up whenever I could. When she finally wore the last one down to just the inner circle, neither of us knew what to do. All other frisbees were too hard, too inflexible, or too soft. Finally, I stumbled on this one. She is hooked and so am I. It's easy to throw once you get the hang of it. It's soft on her mouth and easy to catch, and she loves that she can give it a good shake right before returning it to me. I hope Kong continues to make this and Petsmart continues to carry it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by AuCaDoKrissy Awesome Frisbee-NOT a chew toy!!
We have a disc-loving dog and this is the best, most long-lasting frisbee we've found. We would go through at least 1 hard plastic disc a session and our pup's gums would bleed but this disc usually lasts us at least 2 months of daily use and no blood or cuts for the dog. This is NOT a chew toy and shouldn't be left with a dog that likes to tear apart toys, it's just not that kind of toy. It is much lighter and thinner than the red Kong frisbee and once you get used to throwing it, flies much better too!

Rated 2 out of 5 by CliffVB Didn't last 10 minutes with my 6 month Labradoodle
He loved playing with it and retrieving it. He even loved catching it - it's soft and definitely didn't hurt his mouth.
However... I left the room for 2 minutes and he had bent it in two and started chewing - now it is ripped in two spots along the outside of the toy and I'll be returning it this weekend for a "real" frisbee or at least something that can withstand actual biting.
If your dog doesn't chew on Kong products (my dog loves his extreme Kong and will gnaw on it forever - especially with the filling that is flavored - *tip* after putting the filling in the Kong, throw it in the freezer for extended enjoyment) - then this product is for you. But if there is even a chance that your dog will chew on it at all - I can't recommend this product.
