Rated 2 out of 5 by Sue9 Needs to be softer!
I was going to buy this for my dog but didn't as the binding used on the edges, which are elasticized, is not at all soft and feels like it would really irritate soft dog belly skin. I ended up buying a similar product from a competitor that is the same idea, but made of a much softer fabric. I also wasn't crazy about the color - and the one I got was black, which blends in with my black and white dog and doesn't look so obvious.

I ordered the large for my 72 lb. lab mix. He has a waist of 32 inches. The large was supposed to be good for waists up to 35 inches, but NO WAY!! The elastic was SO tight, it was dangerous to put on my dog. I cut the elastic, and that was better. Even so, I didn't want to use the wrap regularly and saved it for emergencies. If your dog is large, look for other brands.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DalmationLady Great idea that didn't work for us so well
We find a full pant works better. Although the idea is good and it's easier than wrangling pants onto our old bony Dalmation, his "member" doesn't stay put within the wrap and ends up poking out so we find drips all over the place....(sigh)
We just bought same brand diaper cover (I think or maybe it's actually called a diaper?) and added a maxi pad which so far is working MUCH better.
We had different denim diaper pants years ago for a different larger Dal, and they're too big for this guy...and can't find the same pants anymore.
Bottom line, try the pants instead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by shelbs Could be better, but is a lifesaver.
I have had this nifty item for one week so my opinion may change, however it has been a lifesaver. My pug was marking when he was a puppy but we neutered him and then moved so it was drastically reduced. Over the past couple of months he has began marking with vengeance! After trying sprays this was our last resort. We began gating him into our kitchen when we are gone and keep the wrap off at those times because with the help of our min pin they can get it off of him. When we are home he marks around the house but is a little ninja and we rarely catch him although we find spots constantly so this is when we use it (also when we visit other houses) I line it with a thin pad from the grocery store (much cheaper then the liners you can buy at Petsmart, and reduces the amount of times you have to wash the wrap) This has given me such peace of mind and a house that is free of urine smell! The only issue is that although it fits snug when he plays I find myself adjusting it often, but it is WORTH IT! After the first couple of hours it didn't seem to bother him.
