Purina® Pro Plan® Puppy Food
This food is #1
I couldn't make up my mind on what food to get my 4 month old blue bully. I would research all reviews on what's the best food for him. He had a rash problem so I thought about blue buffalo but saw so many bad reviews. So when I finally got paid I went to go buy this brand. He loves it he dug his face rite in the bowel ate every peace . He hasn't had any signs of rash. I'd recommend this to anyone with a dog.

Not thrilled and puppy developed allergies to it.
Not impressed with any Purina products, including horse feeds. They make it sound great and healthy when it's not much better, if any better , than the cheaper brands. My puppy has been on this for a few months after I decided to give purina dog food a try, but due to the fact that she has developed a food allergy to it, and stays constipated, I'm switching to a better quality, limited ingredient food without all of the unnessisary additives.

Pro Plan is better than the Hype of BB!
Rescued my 9-week old Husky mix from the Humane Society and wanted the best for her. Researched web sites and went to pet stores. Both stated that Blue Buffalo was some of the best food around and that they were constantly re-stocking it. So I purchased a bag of the puppy chicken and brown rice formula. Immediately, my poor puppy had diarrhea that remained after each feeding. Also, after the first feeding she didn't show a great deal of interest at supper time. Concerned, I decided to go with Pro Plan Focus, chicken and rice formula. Funny thing is that the pet store accepted the almost full BB bag in exchange for the Pro Plan without any questions. Makes me wonder how often this return situation occurs. What a difference! Within the first day, her stools became better looking and by the 2nd day they looked great. In addition, she just loves this food; literally wants to climb into the storage food container that I keep it in! My husky mix is so much more active and better looking; we are both much happier now! Regarding the BB hype, I don't care what raw materials you use or how you process the product; if the dog cannot retain it and does not want to eat it, the food won't do anyone any good. My advice is to read reviews but watch for clues in your own dog; he or she will tell you what works for them. Good luck to you all.
